Alex Williamson Remains Defiant Following Backlash From His Ex-partner Rant Says He Will Say When He Gets Cancelled

Alex Williamson has broken his brief silence to address the backlash from his vile and derogatory rant directed at an ex-partner.

This after it led to him being dropped by management and being barred from performing at major comedy festivals.

Williamson was accused of “abusive, manipulative, and predatory” behaviour last week by ex-partner Peach PRC, a singer and social media personality.

Peach claimed in a lengthy Twitter post that Williamson had done “absolutely vile things to not only myself, but also to others who I will not name,” and that she “didn’t speak up loud enough the last time and still carries so much guilt that it resulted in someone else being harmed.”

In response, Williamson – also known as Shooter Williamson to his audience – went on a lengthy Instagram Stories rant against Peach and the accusations.

The 32-year-old comedian stated in a series of video posts, “Peach, do you know what ‘predatory behaviour’ is?

When we were having a fuckin’ threesome with your fuckin’ strange mate from the fuckin’ bar, and I was having a fuckin’ diarrhoea shit on the toilet, and you were attempting to kick the fuckin’ door in so you could fuckin’ sit on my dick.”

Additionally, Williamson stated, “What is the charge?… If it is a predatory act, this is false. Additionally, I was 29 years old at the time. What is the issue with attempting to locate a 19-year-old?”

Throughout the rant, Williamson addressed another ex-partner, asserting “girls, you wanted me, girls.”

I’m a f*ckin’ endearing character. I don’t blame you for hurling yourselves [at me],” and “Fuckin’ hell, fuck off you scumbags.”

Alex Williamson’s management team severed ties with the performer following that rant, which drew widespread condemnation and backlash.

More Talent confirmed on Thursday that it had terminated its relationship with Alex Williamson “in light of recent intolerable events.”

Both the Sydney and Perth Comedy Festivals dropped Williamson from their schedules on Friday, cancelling several shows he was scheduled to perform.

Williamson broke his silence the following day regarding his own reaction and the subsequent fallout, stating that he was “doing fukn great” and would “decide when I’m ready to be cancelled.”

Williamson offered a half-apology for his comments in another Instagram Story post on Saturday, claiming that some of his remarks were “a slap in the face to survivors of sexual and physical abuse.”

Check out the full statement below:“

For those curious, I’m doing fukn great. I’ll decide when I’m ready to be cancelled, and although these vague accusations seem to have many of you keen/qualified jurors convinced, due process will soon see a great number of you regret the vile comments and hate directed my way.”

“I will say this tho, I deeply regret the manner in which I mindlessly dismissed these recent allegations, my frustrations however, stemmed from the little known fact that this was the 2nd attempt in 8 months by old mate to defame me on social media, rather than court of law… (she deleted that post after it didn’t get the traction she wanted) and then bided her time til posting it again. Alas, I do apologise for my display, which was a slap in the face to those survivors of sexual and physical abuse xoxoxo love all of you.”
