Following their custody fight, Angelina Jolie is not pleased with Brad Pitt.
Following months of witness testimony, Judge John Ouderkirk ruled that Jolie and Pitt will split time with their children. An insider told Us Weekly that the Eternals star, 45, is “bitterly disappointed.”
The source informed the magazine, “Angelina’s testimony lacked credibility.” “The decision was based on several testimonies from persons who spent time with the children as well as highly renowned professionals.
“He’ll never be forgiven by her… She insists that the case is far from done and that justice will be served.”
On May 13, Judge Ouderkirk handed out a long ruling in Pitt’s favour, awarding him joint custody of the couple’s six children: Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12.
According to court documents seen by CN News, “[Jolie’s] testimony lacked credibility in many crucial areas, and the existing custody order between the parties must be amended, per Mr. Pitt’s request, in the best interests of the children.”
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were granted shared custody of their six children.
Last year, Jolie attempted to have Ouderkirk removed from the lawsuit and chastised him for refusing to allow their children to testify.
“Ouderkirk has conducted an extensive proceeding over the past six months in a comprehensive, fair manner and reached a tentative finding and order after hearing from experts and percipient witnesses,” Pitt’s lawyers said in a statement in response to Jolie’s filing.
After two years of marriage, the Maleficent actress filed for divorce from Pitt, 57, in 2016.
After a judge allowed them to be proclaimed single but other concerns such as finances and child custody remained, the couple finally divorced in April 2019.
