Adelaide Kane, an Australian actress, is dating Dutch model and social media personality Marthe Woertman.
The couple announced the news on their respective TikTok accounts, with the 30-year-old Western Australian star cuddling up to Woertman, 21, and lip-syncing the DJ Scheme and Danny Towers song ‘How You Feel (Freestyle).
Woertman then shared a countdown video from her flight to see Kane, capturing the moment they met.
The pair is believed to have met in recent months after following each other on TikTok.
Kane recently revealed in a TikTok video that she is bisexual, telling her Instagram followers, “spoiler alert, I am not straight.”
She was previously linked to actor Jacques Colimon and fashion executive Joey Pauline.
Kane is best known for her roles in Neighbours, Teen Wolf, and Reign as Lolly Allen, Cora Hale, and Mary, Queen of Scots.
Kane refuted claims in August that she was worth a cool US$4 million.
“Thus, I discovered today that the internet believes I am worth $4 million. My crippling debt demonstrates the contrary.
WHERE IS IT?!” In a TikTok video, she laughed. She then segmented her earnings for her fans.
“SAG [Screen Actors Guild] minimum salary for a series regular on a network show is generally $20,000 per episode. Assume I worked on 78 episodes of Reign — that’s $1.56 million for four years of work “She informed her adherents.
“So, assuming I’ve earned $5 million over the course of my career since I began working at the age of 16, here’s how that breaks down.”
10% of her earnings go to her manager, 5% to her lawyer, and another 5% to her business manager. Not to mention the 30% tax she must pay as a foreign worker in the United States.
“So, I immediately lose 60%, leaving me with approximately $2.2 million over the last 14 years,” she calculated.
“Which, when averaged out, comes to about $178,000 (approximately $246,000) per year, which is fine — a decent wage, except I have to pay rent in major cities, sometimes in two cities at the same time.”
Additionally, she stated that she pays her publicist and social media team in excess of US$3000 per month.
And a Hollywood stylist can charge between US$700 and US$1,500 per outfit — not per event, mind you — with hair and makeup also costing around US$1000.
