According to a report released Tuesday in Taiwan, a 7-year-old kid who was reportedly body-slammed 27 times by both his judo classmates and the instructor was taken off life support.
The instructor has been charged with assault and employing a kid to commit a crime, according to the BBC, citing the Taipei Times.
The kid was not named in the article, but he had a brain hemorrhage, fell into a coma, and spent 70 days on life support. According to the news site, the kid’s uncle videotaped the event, which allegedly showed the boy being tossed by bigger students acting on the coach’s directions.
