In his hometown of Chicago, Lil Reese was allegedly caught in the middle of gunshots once more.
The rapper was one of three men shot in Chicago’s River North neighborhood on Saturday morning, according to witnesses to CN news.
Two of the men are in critical condition at Northwestern Memorial Hospital while the third was admitted to Stroger Hospital in stable condition.
Officers were sent to 6 West Grand Avenue at 9:53 a.m. on Saturday after receiving reports of a shooting.
According to the recounts of those in the know, the rapper was caught lurking by his shooter after he allegedly in the company of 2 other men stole his car and took off in it only for him to catch up with them a short while after.
It is reported he then opened fire indiscriminately hitting Lil Reese 9 times and leaving him fighting for his life.
They found Reese and the two other victims, one of whom was 20 years old, and the other was 27 years old when they arrived at the scene.
Videos from the scene show a gruesome scene with Lil Reese lying on the ground bleeding profusely and seems to be out of it.
Officers also discovered a stolen Dodge Durango that had wrecked near the scene and was riddled with bullet holes.
Cops are investigating the scene and have arrested the alleged owner of the stolen vehicle who shot Lil Reese and his friends in the situation.
The shooting occurs 18 months after Lil Reese was critically injured in a previous shooting in Chicago.
According to WGN, the rapper was shot in the neck in the Country Club Hills neighborhood of Chicago by a man with an AK-47 assault rifle.
Witnesses reported having heard up to 12 gunshots at the scene. Fortunately, the rapper was able to recover completely after the shooting.
