Will it be the third time lucky?
During Thursday night’s episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kim Kardashian disclosed that she had failed the “baby bar” exam for the second time.
“I failed!” f–k it!” The 40-year-old, who is enrolled in online law school, told her attorneys over the phone that she had failed the test on her second attempt. “This is quite aggravating.”
The mother of four stated her score was “pretty much the same…[but] a little bit worse” than when she failed the exam the first time.
The “baby bar” is a California examination for first-year law students who are not enrolled in approved colleges, such as Kardashian, who is tutored privately.
According to JD Advising, students must get a score of 560, or 70%, on the seven-hour exam, but Kim said she only received a 474 on her first attempt. It’s unknown how she did on her second attempt.
In a May episode of “KUWTK,” Kardashian disclosed that she had failed the “baby bar” exam, which is properly known as the First-Year Law Students’ Exam.
“I’m disappointed. She added in a confessional on Thursday’s show, “I’m absolutely upset, but it is what it is. I know I simply need to relax about it. There are a lot of other f–king difficult things going on right now. All I have to do now is get better.”
Kardashian then contacted her sister Khloé Kardashian to inform her of the news, thanking her for her support despite the fact that she “didn’t come through.”
Khloé, 36, reminded Kardashian that she took the exam after battling COVID-19, coping with the conclusion of “KUWTK,” and coping with her now-estranged husband, Kanye West’s, marital troubles.
Kim decided to retake the test in July after hearing Khloé’s encouraging remarks, and she needed to start studying right away.
She’d be wise to study. Students who fail the “baby bar” a third time, according to FindLaw, may lose credit for any of the courses she has completed thus far.
The two-part “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” special premieres on E! on June 17 at 8 p.m. ET.
