As his latest film takes over the box office, LeBron James issued a message to the globe.
James used Twitter to provide a link to a report claiming that “Space Jam: A New Legacy” will finish the weekend at No. 1 with a predicted $32 million opening weekend, beating out “Black Widow.”
“Hello, Haters!” James included a smiling emoji in his message.
Despite bad reviews, the sequel to Michael Jordan’s 1996 film “Space Jam” grossed more than $13 million on Friday, according to several reports.
The film is also accessible on HBO Max, and it is said to have cost $150 million to make.
After grossing $80 million domestically and $78 million globally in its first weekend, “Black Widow” is expected to gross around $26 million in its second weekend.
Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard, Nneka Ogwumike, Diana Taurasi, and Klay Thompson are among the basketball talents who feature in the sequel to “Space Jam.”
